How do I schedule a telehealth appointment?

Telehealth appointments are available on several weekday mornings and can be booked via text or phone call at (202)-838-3016. Telehealth appointments are for existing patients only.

Can I send photos prior to the visit?

Yes, photos can be sent prior to the visit. Office staff will contact you regarding this process.

How do I attend the virtual visit?

On the day of your scheduled visit, a link will be sent to your email from Doxy.me. Please click on the link and you will be sent to the virtual waiting room.

What type of device is best to use for the visit?

Doxy.me works best on a desktop computer, laptop or iPad. Preferred browsers include Safari and Google Chrome.

How do I pay for the visit?

Doxy.me uses a secure payment system called Stripe. In the beginning of the visit a payment window will appear where you can enter your credit card information.

If I need a prescription sent to the pharmacy, how will it be sent?

Prescriptions will be sent electronically to your pharmacy.

How to access your superbill on the patient portal:

1. Follow the link here to redirect to the patient portal website.
   1. Login: [email you provided the office]
   2. Password: [created by patient]
2. From the home screen, go to the appointments tab.
3. Go to past appointments on the left side of the screen.
4. Select the appointment date.
5. On the left side of the screen, click on the “View Enc. Form”  icon.
6. Print the encounter form.
7. If you need to print for more than one date, repeat the above steps for each visit needed.
8. Send the encounter form with the stamped receipt from the date of the visit to the insurance company as required.
